- I am entering my username and password, but the site will not accept it!
- You must register your basic information on this website just as you would any other e-commerce website such as ebay.com or Amazon.com. Your username is any email address that you use as your primary address and any password of your choosing. This username and password will be used each time you order textbooks from the website. When you see the words “Register Here”, this is only meant to set up an account for the use of ordering books through cougarshop.org and has absolutely nothing to do with registering for the course.
- I want to use my Financial Aid to pay for my textbooks, but don’t know my account number.
- Your account number is your student id number. If you choose to place your order on your student account, your order will be held if you have not adequately registered for all of your courses.
Q : What should I do if I change courses after I have ordered textbooks?
A: You will need to order the new textbooks for your new course.
Q: Can I get a refund for books I have already ordered?
A: You can return your books unused (In the original Packaging,if applicable) for a refund. You will be responsible for textbook shipping costs to return
your books to the bookstore.
Q: I ordered my books to be shipped using Overnight or 2nd day shipping and do not see a charge, why is this?
A: Rates vary according to your location. If you would like us to hold your order until the shipping amount can be confirmed by you,please specify this
in your order notes.
